These Terms govern your use of Markdown to PDF (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) available at pdffrommarkdown.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1) Who can use the Service
- You are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract.
- You provide accurate account and payment information when required.
2) Accounts & Access
- Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.
3) Subscriptions & Pricing
- Paid plans grant access to premium limits and features as described on the pricing page.
- Fees are payable in advance for the selected term (e.g., monthly, 6 months, yearly).
4) Payments (Razorpay)
- We use Razorpay to process payments. By paying, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy.
- We do not store your full card/UPI details on our servers; Razorpay processes them securely.
- On successful payment, your subscription is activated automatically.
5) No Cancellation / No Refund
All purchases are final. Once a subscription is purchased, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. Please review plan limits before purchase. For access issues, contact support and we’ll help resolve them.

6) User Content & PDF Handling
- You retain ownership of your Markdown and generated PDFs.
- We do not store your PDFs or Markdown content. Files are generated for you and then discarded. Minimal, non-content diagnostics (e.g., success/failure flags, aggregate counts) may be logged for reliability.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you convert.
7) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
- Automated use must respect rate limits; bulk or abusive activity may be blocked.
8) Intellectual Property
- The Service, UI, and underlying software are owned by us and licensed, not sold.
- Your content remains yours; we claim no ownership over your Markdown or PDFs.
9) Availability, Maintenance & Changes
- The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis with no service-level commitment.
- We may suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
- We may change features, limits, pricing, or these Terms. Changes are effective upon posting to the website.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of content. We do not store your PDFs/Markdown; files are generated ephemerally and then discarded.
10) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of any output. We do not guarantee storage or backup of any content or PDFs.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption), or for any damages related to service outages, processing failures, or output errors. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service during the three (3) monthsimmediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk-based reasons. No refunds are due on termination.
14) Privacy
We collect minimal personal data needed to run the Service (e.g., account details, billing status). See our Privacy Policy. Again, we do not store your PDFs or Markdown.
15) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
