Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Overview

Markdown to PDF is a digital service. Access to premium features is granted immediately after successful payment via Razorpay.

2) No Cancellations

All subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen term (e.g., 1 / 6 / 12 months). Cancellations are not permitted once purchased.

3) No Refunds

Because access is delivered instantly, payments are non-refundable.Please review plan limits before purchase.

4) Billing Issues & Resolution

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We are not responsible or liable for banking or gateway failures, delays, chargebacks, or indirect losses. If you believe there is an error (e.g., duplicate charge, payment captured but access not available, or an unauthorized transaction), email contact@pdffrommarkdown.com with your Razorpay order/payment ID.

Our commitment is to assist in resolution: we’ll verify our records and, if an issue is confirmed on our side, restore access or request a reversal/adjustment with Razorpay as appropriate. Any monetary reversals, when applicable, are handled by Razorpay to the original payment method and are subject to their processes and timelines.

For billing issues, email contact@pdffrommarkdown.com within 7 days of the transaction and include your Razorpay order/payment ID and screenshots.
